1. About these terms

These terms apply to all treatments, consultations and services provided by Bespoke Medical Clinic at 1A Grange Park Avenue, Roundhay, Leeds LS8 3BA, and to your use of this website. By booking an appointment with us you accept these terms.

2. Consultations and suitability

Every treatment begins with a consultation. Treatment is offered only where our clinicians consider it clinically appropriate, and we reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is not in your best interest.

You are responsible for giving full and accurate information about your medical history, medication, allergies and previous aesthetic treatments. Please tell us about any change to your health before each appointment.

3. Booking, deposits and payment

• A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are redeemed against the cost of your treatment.
• Payment for treatment is due in full on the day, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Prices are quoted at the time of consultation and may change. The price confirmed to you for a booked treatment will be honoured.

4. Cancellations and missed appointments

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so the time can be offered to another patient. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or appointments not attended, may result in the loss of your deposit or a charge toward the reserved time.

5. Results, reviews and aftercare

Aesthetic and medical results vary between individuals. No specific outcome can be guaranteed, and any indication of likely results is a clinical opinion rather than a promise.

Following your aftercare advice is an essential part of your treatment. Where a review appointment is recommended, please attend it — adjustments made outside the advised review window may be chargeable.

6. Prescription treatments

Certain treatments involve prescription-only medicines and can only be prescribed following a consultation with a suitably qualified prescriber. Prescription medicines cannot be sold, transferred or refunded once dispensed.

7. Refunds

Because treatment is a clinical service delivered at the time of your appointment, fees for completed treatments are not refundable. Unopened retail skincare may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

8. Use of this website

The content of this website is provided for general information and does not constitute medical advice. It should not be relied on in place of a consultation with a qualified clinician. All text, imagery and branding on this site remain the property of Bespoke Medical Clinic.

9. Concerns and complaints

If anything about your care falls short of what you expected, please contact the clinic at bespokemedicalclinicleeds@gmail.com or on +44 7482 319111. We will acknowledge your concern promptly and respond in writing.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the treatment concerned.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to assess your suitability for treatment, to deliver and record your care, to arrange appointments and take payment, to provide aftercare and follow-up, to meet our clinical and regulatory obligations, and — where you have asked us to — to send you news and offers.

4. Our lawful basis

We process health information for the purposes of providing healthcare, on the basis of your explicit consent and of Article 9(2)(h) of the UK GDPR. Contact and appointment data is processed to perform our contract with you and to meet our legal obligations. Marketing is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Clinical photography

Before-and-after photographs form part of your clinical record. We will only use them for marketing, teaching or social media where you have given separate, specific written consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

6. Who we share it with

We share information only where necessary: with prescribers and other clinicians involved in your care, with our practice management, payment and communication providers acting under contract, with insurers or regulators where we are required to do so, and with your GP where clinically appropriate and with your agreement. We never sell your data.

7. Storage, security and retention

Records are held on access-controlled systems within the UK or European Economic Area, and paper records are kept securely at the clinic. Adult medical records are retained for a minimum of eight years after your last appointment, in line with professional guidance, after which they are securely destroyed.

8. Your rights

• To be told what information we hold about you and to receive a copy of it.
• To have inaccurate information corrected.
• To ask us to delete information, where we are not required to keep it.
• To restrict or object to how we use your information.
• To withdraw consent for marketing or for the use of your photographs.

To exercise any of these rights, contact the clinic. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not function as intended.
